In and out points don't update in the project window metadata

The in and out point metadata for a sequence in the Project Window doesn't update unless that sequence is loaded in the Source Monitor. This can cause issues when setting an in and out point in a sequence that's loaded in the Timeline and then using the Insert or Overwrite command with the Program Monitor in focus, as you end up getting the wrong section. Please fix this bug. It would really improve my workflow and also make certain that the in and out point metadata remains correct.
