in version of 24.4.1

whenever i try to type using the text tool the text dialogue box is automatically inactivating and while i am trying to select the text dialogue box on monitor the hotkeys are activating.in version 24.4.1

    Please try what Stan is suggesting, there have been multiple bug fixes in latest versions of Premiere Pro.

     

    Can you try installing the LTS version which is currently 24.6.4?

    @Editing_Team1046,

     

    There have been multiple bugs that produced this symptom. One was fixed before your version. I don't think working in an older project should be an issue, but test it: create a new project and see if the problem persists.

     

    A problem that may be in your version is if the Reference monitor is still there (it was removed by 25.0), and you have it open, it may produce this symptom. If you have it open, close when working with graphics items.
