Is there a way to change the startup screen in Premiere Pro in aug 2024

It's not hard, you just have to be organized.

Make a folder, I have mine named "PR Splash Screen"...

Make a copy of the original splash file in that folder, and modify that copy to what you want, and save it.

Then copy (and replace) it to the PP folder.

That's it.

Tip:

If you save a shortcut to the PP folder in the folder you've made, you can just drop it onto that shortcut and it will be copied in.

When an Update occurs, just go to that folder and drop the saved file on your shortcut.

this should not be a big thing.

everybody like to be greeted with an inspiring picture of:

Ann's post in the linked thread fully and quickly provides how to do this.

 

But as she notes, you have to manually do the replacement every update.
