Issue with Adobe Premiere Pro installation requirements after PC format

Hello, community!

I recently formatted my PC, and when I tried to reinstall Adobe Premiere Pro, I received a message saying my system doesn’t meet the necessary requirements for the software installation. However, before formatting my computer, Premiere Pro worked perfectly.

Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be causing this issue? I’d appreciate any help or guidance to resolve it!

Additional details:

Operating system: [Windows 10]

My PC specs: [10th gen i5, RTX 3000, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD]

Thanks in advance!

Issue - I recently formatted my PC, and when I tried to reinstall Adobe Premiere Pro, I received a message saying my system doesn’t meet the necessary requirements for the software installation. However, before formatting my computer, Premiere Pro worked perfectly.

Operating system - Windows 10

System Info:

I5 gen 10, RTX 3000, 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to adobe home website
2. Check apps
3. Try to install Premiere Pro

Expected result - The message: "If you would like to install Premiere Pro, you must update your system." appears

Hi @allangamer3_8099  and welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community.  Thank you for taking your time to file a bug report. We would like to help figure this out with you. The team just needs a little more information to begin troubleshooting. If you could just jump to the link here  How do I write a bug report and follow the steps to providing more information about your bug, we will gladly take a look. It would also be helpful in your case to send screenshots of the messages you are seeing. I would also make sure to do a fresh install of Creative Cloud Suite and uninstall and reinstall Premiere Pro to see if that helps.

Thank you

Ian
