Issue with editing a video in adobe premiere

Question

I have been editing videos to upload to youtube and slowly overtime I have been having trouble opening up adobe or when in the editing process the entire video becomes corrupted where it has a green boundary below it. Please help if anyone knows why this issue occurs.
