I have been editing for hours and now Images aren't showing up. IT'S NOT THE RED " MEDIA OFFLINE" all my files are found in the folder but the images just won't show up. The only images I can see are previous edits of images I put into the timeline hours previous. Now if I make and edit to them again they will just not show up. Please need help this assignment is due tonight and none of the bots will help me.

I able to bring the bar into the timeline but the images don't show and I've already re-imported the JPGs. I got tech support that took over my screen and even they were having a difficult time and said they would send my case to their senior support team and should get a call or email but I haven't recieved either.

Hi @aaron_3468,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. Please see, How do I write a bug report?

A few questions:

What version of Premiere Pro are you using?
What are your hardware specs and are your GPU drivers up to date?
Are you able to bring in more images or re-import the JPGs and see them at all?

Sorry for the frustration,

Dani
