Language Pack Download Stuck at 25%

 

Here:

 

 

it does not move!

I cancelled it earlier and retried  in a new porject, because the previous project would only transcribe in english  and there was no loner an option to restart transcription (in another langage heck even in english)

 

 

Si there anyway to make the bar move?
