Left and Right arrow not moving one frame (new issue)

Hello,

I have searched everywhere on the forum and on the internet but no solutions.
I have been using premiere pro for 3 years now and I have never had this problem.

I can no longer use the left and right arrows on my timeline to moove frame by frame.
However, I can use them on the project preview panel.

 

It's not about this, already try this : "the ☰ (timeline menu button to the right of the sequence's name) and toggling on/off the "Show Audio Time Units" feature"

I'm on the lattest version
Someone can help ? Or Adobe Team ?
