Lock program panel zoom level

Question

Just wondering what I'm doing wrong with regard to the Zoom Level of the Program Panel.

For example I might have the Zoom Level set to Fit and after doing some editing I notice that it has changed to another Zoom Level. I don't know how I'm causing this to happen.

Sometimes I do use different Zoom Levels but I would rather that it only happens when I do it intentionally.

The only way to change the zoom level is either by using the zoom Level menu in the program monitor or by using the scroll wheel, which most probably you are doing unintentionally.
