Lumetri always makes one shot blue/green after grading

Most of my timelines are 7-10 minutes long and we produce about 4 of those a month. When I finish doing my color in Lumetri I have to go back and recheck each clip because EVERY TIME there is one clip the Lumetri has changed the color wheels to make the shot totally blue or green. I mean literally EVERY SINGLE TIME!

It's always the same. One random clip becomes blue.

Anyone else experience this? Is there a cause and a solution?
