I have a Macbook PRO 2019

Since i updated its macOS VENTURA i am having big crash problems since 4 weeks ago.
Every time I work on my video projects with Adobe Premiere 2023, after several minutes while I'm working.
Only happens since I updated to macOS Ventura last version and only with AdobePremiere program.

After several minutes working on my project, laptop gets totally froozen not letting me do anything and after 1minute aprox. you can hear the fan and laptop crashes completely.

Is this happening to anyone else with similar laptop-programme version?

My Macbook Pro 2019 running Ventura 13.2.1 keeps crashing when tryingi to export a simple 1 hour video in Premiere Pro 23.2, to 1080p, using H.264 with hardware encoding turned off (or on).  Any chance of this getting fixed any time soon?  Should I switch to Final Cut Pro?   Trying to turn back my MacOS version seems like a bad solution to me.  Any other solutions?

thanks,

Chris

Just joined to say that I am experiencing the same issue. Extemely frustrating as it will be affecting deliverable deadlines.

You need to go back to your previous OS. It is a Ventura Problem and seems Apple and Adobe aren’t getting this problem figured out.

I am running into this problem too. I just updated to Ventura a few days ago and Media Encoder crashes every time I try to process a large video file. I am on the latest version of Media Encoder and here is my "About this Mac"

Mainly it's 23.1 on both Mac and Windows.

I'm curious if anyone is having this issue with Premiere 2022 and Ventura. Is it just 2023?

Same here! Ventura 13.1 and Premiere 2023 can't render or export whatsoever.

Similar issue, except on my Imac. It first happend when I up-date to Premiere 2023. I got the "pending file" message instead of the clip. I couldn't playback anything.

I found that if I started a new project then everything was fine. So I had to re-cut all of my projects, but today I updated to the Ventura operating system and the same thing all over again.

If I create a new project, the everything works, but I'm getting really sick of having to re-cut all my projects everytime there is an update.

I don't think this is an Apple only issue.

I'm getting really close to switching to DaVinci.

Thanks,

Eric

The only solution I found was to go back to Monterey. It is an OS issue from Apple.
