Media pending problem on export

I am OK with very long media upload (infamous media pending), I go for a walk with my dog, but whenever I go to export, Premiere suddenly lose the connection with the media, and I have to go for a walk with my dog again. I have a fast computer, and all other apps work like a Swiss watch.

What is the problem here? My Premiere has become basically unusable.

You need to post OS, Premiere version and build, computer specs, media used.........

Come on; this is so simple: Premiere is constantly losing the connection to the clips (going offline) and relinking incorrectly. Premiere is just a useless software not recommended to anyone. I have been working for more than 15 years and it never happened before.
