Hello,

I've encountered an issue with MOGRT files in Adobe Premiere Pro on macOS. Here are the details:

Happens both on Mac and Windows, any configuration of a system and project, we did not see any patterns.

The

MASSIVE issue, hundreds of complaints per month. We already attached steps to reproduce. The third time we're trying to reach Adobe about this issue.

It occurs not only with this MOGRT file but also with any others. We sell templates and often receive complaints from customers that the template stops working after a long period of inactivity.

Thanks for submitting your bug report. I'm also curious if it happens with different MOGRTS or just this one. Also, is it possible to close and reopen Premiere without leaving it open for so long, workflow-wise?

I want to highlight that the issue occurs specifically after the computer has been left on with Premiere Pro running for an extended period (around 24 hours).

If anyone is willing to reproduce this problem using the attached file, please note that it requires a significant amount of waiting time.
