Motion bug

I repllicated the problem, so i am confident to report the following bug:

Using the motion (from effects control), and moving the image in the program monitor in order to reframe my shot, Premiere crushes my PC. Talking about black screen - nothing works- need to power off.

Using 4K footage, prorez, 50fps. with LUT, on a powerful PC (3950X, 6950XT, 32 RAM, expensive mobo, 1200W PSU.
