Windows 11 system, the mouse cursor disappears when it is in a custom state in Adobe software. Although I can still perform operations, I cannot see the mouse pointer. This issue occurs in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Bridge, and Encoder, but not in Photoshop, Lightroom, or Acrobat.

How can this issue be resolved?

See this:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/invisible-tool-cursor/idc-p/14499167#M23571

It points to this Windows update:

https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2024/03/13/announcing-windows-11-insider-preview-build-26080-canary-and-dev-channels/

Under known issues it includes:

"We’re investigating reports of mouse cursor issues after installing Build 26058+, including that the cursor is disappearing in some apps. If you’re experiencing issues, please file feedback describing exactly what you’re seeing under Input and Language > Mouse in the Feedback Hub. This build includes a number of fixes to help with recent reports."
