Muddled clips

When I cut  clips of two different movies next to eachother, frames from a clip of one movie muddle into the adjacent clip from another movie. How do I prevent and fix this?

You might check your sequence settings, and make sure the you are using "non-dropframe" timecode

Otherwise you need to follow the link Rach gave you to give more details of what you are doing.

Here it is again: Info needed for a bug report

i tried clearing cache, didn't fix it, but I see now that instead of moving along the timeline one frame at at time, it sometimes goes from, for example, frame 11 to frame 13 rather than 12, as in it skips an entire frame. How do I reset that?

I had a similar problem in After Effects and clearing the cache there fixed it.

Hi @AnonPerson,

Thats interesting.  What format video are you trying to upload?  Are you able to send a screengrab or a Youtube video of the issue?

Hey, I tried to upload a video of it, but it said "You do not have permission to upload video."
