My Premiere Pro no longer starts

From one day to the next without having touched anything, my software doesn't work anymore, it's going to be a month soon. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, I have tried to download other versions but it still doesn't work. All my other software works (AE, Photoshop...). There is no loading bar on the image at the beginning (on the screenshot I put).

Do you have any solutions?
