My video looks great on Timeline but gets really small in the Export Settings Window

I am having a Premiere Pro issue when exporting my video. The scale decreases to tiny in the Export setting window but looks fine when I play it during editing.  When I render it and export the footage, it looks tiny just as in the Export Settings window.
Has anyone experienced this problem?  Please assist if you can.

Please assist, I must get this video out today.

Correct answer Averdahl

In the Program monitor you have magnification set it to 100%. Set it to Fit and it will look the same.

It seems like you by mistake have scaled the footage down on the timeline.

Strange, does it also look small if you click on the Output tab in the Export Settings Panel?

    I have various clips, footage, and .jpgs in this sequence.  While the program monitor was seeet to 100%, I adjusted the scale and position on nearly every frame.  When I change it to Fit, I am assuming that all of those video effects controls will have to be redone.  Am I correct?  Getting this support is wonderful!

      I am sorry to seem sentimental over this support, but it is wonderful and touching.  I reached out to my media school and Adobe forum responded right away.  I may never hear from the school.  I am rescaling everything now.  I will confirm once I export again.  You have been very helpful.   Regards,  Kevy
