"Navigate to Next Word" Not Working in Text Panel

"Navigate to Next Word" is not working in the Text Panel. Text Panel is selected, I am in the Transcript tab, and shortcut is assigned to it's own custom shortcut, but it will not navigate to the next word, which is making me have to tediously click each word in my workflow. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know when these were added, but they work in the current Beta version 23.5.0 (I'm on build 15) and not the current Release 23.3.0.

In 23.3, I think what you are describing is not a bug, but the way editing is set up. To advance by word, you have to be in edit mode.
