Need help dragging audio from source clip.

     Sorry, this is probably a simple problem but I can't figure out how to drag my audio file from the source window into the sequence. I really want to be able to quickly cut the audio in the source window with in and out points but am struggling. It's easy to do it with an mp4 because I can just grab. When I try to grab the audio in the source window it scrubs through the audio.
