New M4 Mac Mini Pro. Premiere 25.1 will not launch

I have tried uninstall/reinstall, and clearing medai cache files.  Upon attempting to open premiere, the loading window briefly displays, then disappears.  The Premiere icon appears in my dock as an open app, but no Premiere windows display.

It ended up being an iCloud sync issue.  The solution was to delete my preferences and then rename the icloud folders.

I'm having the same issue and completely frusterated. Doesn't matter what adobe product I try, it seems like na M4 issue and ADOBE NEEDS TO FIX THIS. I've unistalled and reinstalled and same issue. I can't even export a transcript in PP 24 nor 25. or I get the spinning wheel and nothing happens. I see "application not responding, then if I wait, no save box comes up, just nothing. Laggy, constantly battling the beach ball.

I have been running into the same or similar issues on a new Mac Mini M4 Pro fresh out of the box, as described here. When launching Premiere (both v 25.1 and v 24), the loading window briefly displays as mentioned, then the system crashes while in mid initialization. But I now suspect legacy effects/3rd party apps or plugins over the iCloud issue.  As Jamie Clarke suggested I went and did the “hold down shift thing” while opening Premiere and select all of the checkboxes. To turn them all off. After a warning list regarding 20 missing legacy transitions and filters PR Pro 25.1 seems to be up and running again. I need 24 for school, so I’m going to try that version as well.

Yes I am also running 24.6.4. And hold down shift when launching then "dissable third-party plugins" √

Hi @tdoyl3219807 -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How do I write a bug report?

What is the difference between your M4 mac mini and your M1?  Do you have any plugins or third party panels installed?

Have you tried holding down shift while opening Premiere and select all of the checkboxes?
Sorry for the frustration.

Additionally, I have attempted to load older versions of Premiere, and the also have the same issue.

My old Mac Mini M1 from 2020 still operates Premiere 25.1 as expected.

Premiere also has permission to access files and folders, so that is not the solution either.
