Nudge Feature/ Keyboard Shortcut Not Working In Timeline

I went to go nudge an audio clip in the timeline by one frame using alt+left/right yesterday (like I always do) and it is no longer working. The keyboard shortcut for nudging a clip by five frames left and right still works, and nudging up and down still works, but not nudging one frame left or one frame right. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling premiere, resetting the original settings, etc. and nothing works. Is this a user error or a bug?

      Did you check the Keyboard Shorts. I started from scratch re-assigning them in 2026, and they are not assigned any shortcuts by default.

      But it is working for me when I did assign them, and the other nudges also.

      Make sure your timeline is set to Frames and not Audio Units.

      This does not work when setting to frames. As long as you have filtes  like AU LowShelf Filter or Amplify Keyframes in the audio effects control nudge -1 dB does not work at all.

      OP is talking about frames not dB.

      Can you check your keyboard shortcuts and make sure that they match the keys you are hitting.

        Hi there,

        The feature is working fine in the latest version at our end. Would you mind confirming the exact version of Premiere & OS you are using? Also, please ensure that the shortcut to Nudge Selected Object to left by one is mapped correctly under the Keyboard Shortcuts menu.
