pemier pro is craching when i am genering subtitle CC

I have the last version of the first (V23), it is up to date.
Since this week it crash every time I make automatic subtitles. I create the transcription and when I generate the subtitles it crashes every time. So I can't make subtitles anymore! I tried with the V22 version, and it does the same thing. Incomprehensible because it worked before !!!!!
Does anyone have a clue?

    Thanks for the message. Are you still having this issue? The team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
