playback pane goes black during playback and color adjustments

when i attempt to adjust to colors of my video, or to play the video in premier pro, the source pane, or the playback pane (either one i try) will black out. the audio continues, but the video does not play and it syncs back up when i stop playback.

 

im running an rtx6700

If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

    hey kevin, 

     

    no this issue has been resolved, although i dont remember how i was able to resolve it lol. i am now experiencing a playback lag, and playhead jumping. it seems as if the lag will build to the point that i have to restart the program, but restarting doesnt cure the lag just resets it to a shorter lag and smaller jumps... idk, i have just been dealing with it.

    Thanks for the response, @PrjctSphynx. That's OK, it was a while back, wasn't it?

     

    As for your current issue, you may want to check Preferences > Audio Hardware. Try setting Default Input to "No Input" to troubleshoot. Does the issue go away after doing so? Let the community know.
