Playhead doesn't move during playback

The playhead doesn't move when playing back a video in editing when UI should use HW Accelerated GPU is turned on.

It works normal, with a lot of flickering when the option is turned off.

This is after latest update to NVidia drivers and Windows Update.

Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input"
