Pr crash on opening, how to contact adobe?

Hi.

All my projects crash upon opening. By crash I mean default to "not responding/ spinning beach ball" after opening the latest projects from the welcome menu. Tried unintalling and reintsalling Pr to no avail. 

 

Runningthe latest 27" iMac, specced out, Latest OS, and Pr/Creative cloud is up to date. 

 

Any help wopuld be greatly apprcieated. Thanks

SOLVED:
Found a solution and tought to sare for anyone that has the same problem.  Hold Shift and Option when starting Pr and you should be able to reset your cashe and all those other small files asscoiated with your project.
