Premier Pro 2023 suddenly jumps to full screen

This is a madening problems that seems to gather no help.  When I am editing with Premier Pro build 23, a full screen version of the image I am working on will pop-up suddenly. I did not request full screen. This happens when I  switch to another app or sometimes in Premier Pro itself. The only way to get rid of the full screen is to go to task manager and then click away from it. And this may t=]ake 3 or 4 tries befor it works. Somtime I have to  shut down Premier Pro to get out of it. I am using Windows 11 and the computer has 64 GB of Ram. Any help will be appreciated!
