Premier Pro Export Color Issue

I'm trying to use Premier Pro to add a black/white colored marker to a HDR video.

Following is the preview in Adobe Premier Pro

And when I export the video I get the following result:

Why has the white color greyed out. I want it to be pure white [255, 255, 255].

Kindly help me resolve this issue.
