Premier Pro freezes during the post production and while exporting

Hello

I am experiencing two major problems. 

 

First is while editing the video, Premier Pro suddenly stops working/responding. I cannot preview the edited video anymore nor close the program.  It happens after 5 min of editing.

 

Another issue is, Premier Pro freezes when trying to export the video in H.264 format.

 

Could you please help me, where is the problem? Thanks

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that. Can you let us know your system details(OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Does it happen with a particular project? 

    Have you already tried resetting preferences and deleting cache files?

    Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.
