Premier Pro is lagging, Nothing Works

My premier pro is lagging, Every project whenever I start playing the video, it goes back a little bit and the audio is all garbled. I have already done everything the adobe website said to do, didnt work. my computer is only a few months old and is pretty good so its definitly not the computer. it worked fine 2 weeks ago until today,its lagging on every version, and starting a new project doesnt work either.

HELP PLEASE

    Okay, ill make the input on my computer no input. I don't have a text panel open and I don't know what this transcribe feature is

    Hi @alex_1713 - Yes Please change your input from Microphone to "No Input".

    Do you have the "text" panel open or are using the transcribe feature?

    I went to my computer settings and my input is on my microhone, is this what you mean?

    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER

    I dont have any plugins

    what are media file properties? where is it?

    Hi @alex_1713 - Confirming that your audio hardware settings Default Input is set to "No Input"?

     

    What GPU are you using?  

    Can you post a screenshot your media file properties?

    Do you have any plugins installed? or anything from Sony Catalyst or Catalyst Browse?

    Even if there is no audio, its still lagging

    Its lagging on every version, I was specifically using 25.0 and 24.6.3 and starting a new project doesnt work either.

    Windows Operating System

    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F 2.10 GHz

    32.0 GB

    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input"
