The last 4 days i have not been able to edit more than 30 seconds without premier freezing and crashing, i have updated absolutely everything, from plugins to graphics card, to windows to following all instructions on you tube, i have done everything. As soon as i use the slice tool or want to cut or move anything it shuts down. What shouldve been a days work is turinging into a week, im ready to have a nervouse breakdown.
Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

•ATI Driver https://www.amd.com/en/support
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
