Premier Pro not exporting video files. Now i love using my Premier Pro but it is no good if it keeps having issues .. I have no idea why it refuses to export the video files because it has been working fine until this morning and I have not changed anything. The audio exports fine but the Video just exports as a white screen. At £20 a month its very poor.

Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Did anything change between when you last used it and this morning?
Please see; How do I write a bug report?

Sorry for the frustration and thanks for reaching out.

Hi Rach
Thanks for getting back to my comment ..
No nothing changed .. Like I said it has been working fine then all of a sudden last night it stopped exporting the video. The Audio exports and all you get is a white screen, NO Video.
When i clicked on the exported file a message come up for just a few seconds saying that the media encoder is no longer supported. In all honesty its been a nightmare trying to find out how to fix the issue. I ended up having to use other software to get the video done. Worked fine with the latest version of Filmora but for some reason Premier Pro has issues.
I even uninstalled Premier Pro and Media Encoder and the re-installed them .. Still no luck. I also checked for updates for my laptop so that is all good but Premier Pro still will not export the video files.
Hope the helps you to find out why its happening.
Regards
Glen Smith
