Premiere 2024 Program/Source Monitor Zoom keyboard shortcuts not working

Updating to include the template questionairre - 

• Issue -

  In previous versions, I've mapped Command+= and Command+- as Source/Program monitor zoom in/out keyboard shortcuts.

  Porting my shortcuts from 2023 to 2024, i've noticed neither window works the same way with the shortcuts. It zooms in "a little" however does not work as intended.

   

  I've even tried removing and re-adding the keyboard shortcuts to the menu.

• Adobe Premiere Pro version number: Premiere v24.4.1
• Operating system - Mac OS 13.6 (Ventura)
• System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:

  • M1 Max

  • 64 GB RAM

  • 1 TB Internal Hard Drive

• Video format: Happens regardless of video clip/format but using H264 mp4 files
• Workflow details: Clip Reel/Editor's Reel
• Steps to reproduce - (Very important!) 
  
  1. Open Keyboard Shortcuts
  2. Search for "Zoom"
  3. Panels >Program Monitor Panel> Zoom Monitor In/Out - map to keys on shortcut
  4. Repeat for Panels > Source Monitor Panel
  5. Save Settings
  6. In either Source or Program monitor, press the keys in shortcuts to zoom in/or out of the window
• Expected result - Depending on if you click zoom in or out, it should zoom in/out per the intervals in the zoom drop-down menu 
• Actual result - Zooms into Program monitor 141%, Zooms into Source Monitor 117%
