Premiere 23.5 glitchy captioning

I've been using the transcribe/captioning feature in premiere since it came out. In the latest build (23.5) there's a bug that made me revert back to PP 23.4.

Now, if you have more than one captions track and you try to combine the two tracks by dragging a set of captions up/down, they get stuck in their current visibility state. Since you may only have one captions track visible in premiere, you first need to toggle the eyeball to change the visibility state of a caption track. In this build, the captions get stuck on/off when dragged to a different caption track, and you cannot change the state of the captions.

In addition to this, I've notice premiere getting stuck at 0% when trying to save a project with captions on it.

I can attach screenshots but I'd have to re-upgrade my PP but I need to finsih this project first.

This should now be fixed using Pr 24.0 beta 43.

So you can try it in a Beta build if you want to see the fix right away, or you can update to the Pr 24 public release in the not too distant future.

See this bug report:

The workaround for new work (copy, don't move) is not too painful. But fixing may not go as expected:

I have not tested in the newer Beta, and I don't know the status of a fix.
