Premiere crash when i open or import log Video

When I open an old project with log Video Premiere crashes immediately or when I create one and import log video, it takes forever to upload and then crashes. 


Do you have any idea what to do? 
I tried to rest the preferences, remove all the plugins, and also download an older version nothing changed
