Premiere m1 mac mini crashes on video playback settings

Opening premiere with video playback set to second monitor crashes every time when I open the project.

When I reset settings, everything worked fine.

I reinstalled the creative cloud, everything is the same.

Mac mini M1 2020 16 GB Ram.

Main monitor is connected through the display port over the OWC mercury elite pro dock.

Second monitor is connected to the hdmi output on the mac.

Resetting settings everytime when I open the premiere is a workaround, but it's frustrating.

any thoughts?

Hi, i don't get any chrash logs, i checked, it just hangs and color wheel is spinning indefinitely , it seems to hang initialising transmit. When i disable transmit, relaunch premiere, everything works fine.

And it only happens when i start premiere, opening other projects while premiere is already running works fine.

I discover that when i disable transmit off in main window i don't need to reset preferences.

So it's probably problem with that.

I also connected both displays direct to mac, nothing changed
