Premiere Pro 15.4.1 will not open on MacBook Pro running Big Sur (v11.6)

Hello Kartika.  Yes, a third-party plug-in may have been the culprit.  Specifically, Premiere Pro 15.4.1 opened after I updated Boris Continuum and made sure that Adobe Premiere Pro 2021 was added to "Full Disk Access" in my Security & Privacy settings within System Preferences.  Thank you for following up.
