After I reactivated my adobe account, I started my PP and tried to import my recorded videos which are arround 2gb big. But unluckily the application keeps crashing the whole time. Before the update there where no issus with that and there where no problems with the import. after I minimized the size with vlc the import was possible, but the quality was very bad.

If someone knows whats going on please help me, its very frustrating.

MP4 is a wrapper, what is inside YOUR wrapper - Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?
Report back with the codec details of your file, use the program below

- when you analyze your file in MediaInfo and post a screen shot in the forum, do so in TREE view
