Premiere Pro 2020 keeps crashing every 15 minutes

Question

i have recently built a top of the range PC that can run any game comfortably.

however when editing on premiere pro 2020 the application keeps closing it self after 15 or so minutes. ive checked the temperatures of the the components of the PC are they are all performing very well.

the screen just goes white and the application cloese losing the work i havent saved. this is very fustrating and i am unsure how to fix it!
