Premiere Pro 2020 on MacBook Pro keeps crashing on export

Question

I am using Premiere Pro 2020 on a MacBook Pro with the Big Sur v11.2.2 OS. I'm using the 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel core i7 processor, with 16GB memory and 1TB of storage.

Each time I try to export video in Premiere it crashes the Mac after a few seconds. I have uninstalled all Adobe programmes including CC and re-installed them but this keeps happening. I really need some help with how to solve this.
