Premiere PRO 2023 errore: [ a low level exception occured in: importer mpeg ]

Salve a tutti ragazzi spero possiate aiutarmi. Oggi ho aperto un progetto in Premiere PRO 2023 e mi continua a dare questo errore: [ si è verificata un'eccezione di basso livello in: importer mpeg ].
In timeline risultano file Offline e quando cerco di ricollegarli mi dice " Errore di importazione del file".
La cosa strana è che nel progetto ci sono sia file di Canon C100 che file di Sony A9.
Come posso risolvere? Spero qualcuno mi aiuti perchè sono in panico

    RAM 32gb 
    NVIDIA GeGorce GTX 1060 6gb

    Hi Davide,

    I am bumping the thread to see if you had any new info to provide. We still need info on your computer system, like CPU, GPU, and RAM. Is it possible to get that? I hope we can get a reproducible case going for you. If you have an NVIDIA GPU, try rolling back drivers to 517. xx. That has helped others.
