Premiere Pro 2023 is no longer syncing

I'm trying to sync my files the conventional way in Premiere Pro: Right click on the files that must be synchronized, choose the "synchronize" option and the rest you already know how it works. Well, it turns out the audio doesn't process at all and just sits forever. Any idea what might be going on?

Note: I've already tried clearing the cache and also uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere.
