When exporting frame (png) from premiere pro, sometimes it doesnt export the frame selected, but some other frame nearby.   Did anyone had this issue and known the solution to solve it ?

What timeline range are you setting, when using Custom?
Custom respects the in/out points under the video preview, in Export mode.

Also...if you're exporting a frame as a .png, why not just use the 'export frame' button under the Program monitor?

Ferdy,

Congratulations for finding a way!

Your "transport controls" are turned off in the Program Monitor.  In the Program Monitor, click the Wrench icon, then pick "Show Transport Controls." I suspect the Camera/export frame icon will be there. If not, you'll also see the plus Bruce refers to.

The button editor is displayed when you click the big plus sign, at the bottom right of the Program monitor.

You can control which buttons are visible under the Program monitor, using the big plus sign at bottom right.

last thing Bruce, the  'export frame' button is not under program monitor but under Source monitor. So, if you apply a color correction on a file in your sequence, you can t open your choosen 'frame'  in source monitor WITH the color correction applied. Can i add button under Program monitor ?
