premiere pro 2023 - Performance Issues - NVIDIA GPU

Boa noite! quero relatar 2 problemas bem chatos que vem acontecendo. 

eu uso um notbook Acer nitro 5, com processador AMD RYZER 7, com uma Nvidia gtx 1650

por ser um notbook com uma potencia razuavél, eu tenho dificuldades com edição no premiere, onde os videos no formato ful hd ficam travando bastante na time line, era pra a maquina rodar projetos 4k normalmente, mas nem os full hd estão rodando, com esses travamentos. 

me ajudem a resolver essa situação por favor 

 

e outra cooisa, a funcão vertical não está mas funcionando
