Premiere Pro 2024 won't open finder folders

I recently updated Premiere Pro to 24.2.1 on my Macbook Pro 2021 Apple M1 Max with Sonoma 14.3.1 installed.

Whenever I try to interact with finder, it gives me the spinning wheel for about 1-2 minutes, and then it doesn't do anything. For example: I try to save the project file in a specific folder. I click to do that, but then it just won't open up the window. Another example: I try to apply a LUT to my footage, but it won't pop up the finder window to find the folder with the LUT and select it.

Any thoughts on fixes? I've already checked the permissions, they are all set (Premiere Pro has full disk access).
