Premiere Pro 2025 Crashes and Takes too much Volumes

Since the usage of premiere pro 2025, my mac crashes and freezes, since the volumes get to over 50GB, even though i am working with a very small project. It happens after a while and i dont know why. Never had this problem with the other Premoere Pro versions. I also cannot export. Very strange. I also have enough storage on my mac...

It literally became so bad after new update it takes almost 2 hours to render and export even if effect isn't heavy. it's too slow. What can we expect from Adobe might be time to shift:-( and people here comment what's your ram, ssd, gpu, everything is good laptop has good ram and graphics and it can handle other program so nicely and smoothly which it's always priemere pro. Honestly if you see data more priemere pro user are shifting to Da Vinci because of all these things color problems, bugs, crashes everytime new update comes with new problem, not tryna be rude but it's been salmost so many years i am not sure why they cannot fix all these things

Literally 1 mintue video and nothing heavy or crazy effect i used, I do more than this in blender and before update i had done heavy edits too in priemere pro. I hope the adobe needs to look carefully on this not only me even my colleague who has good laptop new Asus duo zenbook pro with good graphic he had same issue and he shifted to another program because he literally cannot work. This is how they loose people trust me there will be less users if they don't work on this. And now this problem is major issue i don't know how many users have been affected with this but taking so much time to render like 2 hours and so much time for export won't work for regular users who has to work with bigger team to make things changes time on time, literally it takes so much time now to export
