Premiere Pro 2025 crashes opening new project or existing project

After updating to 2025 I have been experiencing crashes after opening an existing project or a new project. I already found someone else posting about this issue (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/premiere-pro-25-crashes-when-opening-projects/m-p/14952951) and after following these steps it still did not work. The program either crashes with the crash window or just closes.

I have downloaded multiple Nvidia drivers and no change. Premiere pro 2024 works just fine and the other apps like After Effects, Audition and Media encoder work just fine in 2025.

can someone help me? I need to be able to work in the 2025 version

I've problem to open Adobe Premiere Pro which says Premeire Pro requires access to the following folder(s) and below it says "Grant access to this application in Securuty &Privicy prepference, located in System Preference. When I open th Preference, it does not work. Please help me.

Adobe Premiere Pro version number:

I went back to version 24.6.3, which works perfectly.
The problem concerned version 25.0 (latest).

Operating system - Windows 11 family 64 bits (10.0, build 22631)
System Info:
- CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF 3.40 GHz
- GPU - RTX 4090 24GB
- GPU driver (PC) : NVIDIA STUDIO - 566.14 (from 12 nov 2024)
- 64,0 Go RAM DDR4
- Hard Drive : Western Digital SSD WD Blue SN570 NVMe = soft installed
- 2nd used for project : PNY 1TB SSD
Workflow details:
Steps to reproduce - (Very important!) :
-> open PR 25.0 -> create new project (on any hard disk it crashes) -> enter name and save location and validate -> (SHORT LOAD) = CRASH
-> open PR 25.0 -> LOAD NEW PROJECT from PR 24.6.3 -> (LOAD) = CRASH
Expected result - all times, a window opens with a crash report generated. but i don't know how to open this file. (i tried with notepad)

I tried with the beta version of PR 25.0, but the software doesn't launch. It closes on startup/loading.

Actual result - crash on PR 25.0 and beta PR 25

I tried to fix with :

- UPDATE GPU DRIVER -> done

- Used "Adobe_Creative_Cloud_Diagnostics_(Beta).exe" -> no error found

- used "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe" -> clean all adobe soft -> restart computer
-> Updated lastest version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.42.34433

-> Reinstalled all adobe software
