Question

Premiere Pro 2025 video freezes

I have been having severe issues while editing on Premiere Pro 2025. I will start editing and after the first minute, the video will not start again. It will just freeze and I can't play it. I've tried every hack -- restarting my computer, clearing cache, etc; -- and have a high quality computer (significant RAM and M4). 

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input"

Is it just happening with a single video which may be damaged or is it happening with multiple videos?

If you roll back to an earlier version of Premiere Pro, is it OK?
