premiere,pro 23 does not export media + unable to load dialog resource

Hello there,

 

HELP NEEDED!!!! I am running on Apple Studio M1 Max 32GB, 1 SSD, MacOS Ventura 13.0. Since I bought the Adobe Creative Cloud I am having all sorts of issues. Fiorst of all:

1. Premiere Pro not exporting media ( I am a film editor and it is frustrating not being able to export my edits, since the very beginning I installed the apps; tried all sorts of fixes. including reinstalling the app, but nothing worked till now!!!)

2. Impossible to enter Sequence seettings or ingest settings - a window stating "Unable to load dialog resource" appearing on the screen.

3. After restarting the computer suddenly all the apps from Adobe Creative Cloud were automatically cleaned and I am forced to install all again!!!!!

 

Does anybody can help? It's really frustrating...

 

Thanks for any hints and tips on how to fix it for good.

    Thanks for the message. Are you still having this issue? I am circling back with you because a similar issue had been fixed quite some time ago. If you are seeing the issue, the team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. If so, can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
