Premiere Pro 23 import preset problem NOT SAVING

In version 22, when I closed and opened the preset after importing it, it didn't go away. I switched to 23 and I import presets, but when I close and open it, it disappears. PLEASE HELP

    Thanks for the post. Are you still having this problem? If so, the team might need more informatiuon from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
